With six different edge options, you can make your Silestone quartz worktop look truly striking.
This edge type appears to look completely square but has a subtle eased top edge that allows the surface thickness to remain constant.
The straight bevelled edge maintains the surface thickness and overall blocky appearance, but a chamfered top edge.
The Bullnose edge is completely rounded, giving a smooth seamless transition to the work surface.
A traditional worktop edge that features a concave arch that flows seamlessly into a convex arch.
The Mitre edge joins two angled pieces of quartz together to give the effect of a visually thicker surface.
Also known as a Half Bullnose, this edging is rounded along the top and flattens at the bottom for a straight edge.
Silestone are masters when it comes to creating different surface textures for their quartz worktops that evoke an emotional response to complement any design aesthetic.
Whereas marble and granite need sealing periodically to keep them looking new, Silestone quartz worktops are naturally resistant to water, mould, scratching and moisture, so they will look as good as the day they were installed in a decade’s time – with no maintenance required in between.
Quartz is naturally resistant to medium heat for short periods of time, but thanks to the patented HybriQ technology, it is even more heat resistant than some other quartz worktops, making it the perfect material to use as a kitchen worktop.
If you do accidentally spill something on your worktop, then you won’t have to use any chemicals, abrasives, or special compounds to clean it up. Just a microfibre cloth in soap and water is sufficient enough to keep your Silestone worktop looking brand new.
